Dejan Karan

Dejan Karan (Serbian Cyrillic: Дејан Каран; born August 13, 1988) is a Serbian footballer with Hungarian nationality who plays for Hungarian club Diosgyori VTK.

Club Career

Karan played for Serbian Superliga clubs Vojvodina, Javor Ivanjica, Vozdovac and Mladost Podgorica from Montenegro. From 10 July 2013 he signed for Kecskemet from Hungary, where he stayed 2 years until 31 July 2015. On 25 August 2015 he joined KF Tirana from Albania, there he stayed one season. After good season in Albania he came back to Hungary and signed 2 years contract with Diosgyori VTK. One and a half season in Diosgyori VTK was enough to become standard player in this team and 17 January 2018 Karan signed a new 2 year contract with this Hungarian football club. After 3 seasons he became also captain of this team. Second time Dejan extended his contract 20 December 2019 for a new two years.
