England boss Gareth Southgate told the media that Smith Rowe is unlikely to play in the Three Lions' friendly, as the Arsenal attacker missed training on Friday.
Ramsdale and Saka - the former with a hip injury and the latter with coronavirus - are also out of the clash.
"Emile didn't train today, so I think (it is) unlikely he would be involved tomorrow, nothing too serious," the England boss said.
"It was a shame to lose Bukayo (Saka), but we are back in these moments with Covid where there is a spike in the country and we are the same.
"There will be debuts this week for sure, whether that is tomorrow or Tuesday."
The absence of the Gunners trio will not disappoint Granit Xhaka, who admitted earlier on Friday he was relieved that club teammates Ramsdale and Saka wouldn't play at Wembley - for Switzerland's sake.
Xhaka, Ramsdale, Smith Rowe, and Saka have helped the Gunners into the Premier League top four this season - but they won't be reuniting at Wembley on Saturday.
"Two of them are not playing tomorrow so it's good because we know the quality they have," the Switzerland captain said.
"Of course they have a very good generation now, playing very well, not only in the national team but with Arsenal as well.
"We're happy that Saka and Aaron are not playing tomorrow."
