The 40-year-old's involvement at the World Cup will take her tally up to a stunning sixth appearance at the showpiece competition throughout her career.
However, despite her amazing longevity in international football, she is not the women's footballer with the most caps ever.

The former USA international made a whopping 354 appearances for her country with her international career spanning over 23 years.

Lilly featured in five World Cups, winning the most prestigious competition in the footballing world twice in 1991 and 1999.
She became the first women's player ever to play in five World Cups in 2007 and also scored against England in that tournament to become the oldest goalscorer in the competition.
The now 51-year-old is also both the youngest and oldest ever player to score a goal for the USA.
Sinclair then comes in second while the rest of the top 10 is dominated by the USA with Carli Lloyd and Christie Pearce both collecting over 300 caps each.
