'The Hulk' couldn't wait to get his hands on his American opponent Jacoby ahead of their light heavyweight bout tonight.
Dana White, along with security, was forced to intervene when Cutelaba went straight for Jacoby's neck as the two fighters faced off at the weigh-in.
Jacoby pushed back and the scuffle was over within seconds, with both fighters seemingly unharmed.
However, the incident comes after another MMA fight, between Drakkar Klose and Jeremy Stephens, was cancelled following a confrontation at the weigh-in earlier this month.
Stephens pushed Klose, leaving him with concussion and a sprained ankle, while UFC chief White recently criticised fellow matchmaker Sean Shelby for failing to stop the violence.
"Oh, f*** come on," White was heard saying after Cutelaba and Jacoby were separated.
"I was just ragging on Sean (Shelby) before I walked in here."
Australian MMA fighter Megan Anderson took to Twitter suggesting Cutelaba had crossed a line.
Cutelaba and Jacoby will do battle in the proper way at the UFC Apex on Saturday night.
The card will be headlined by the light heavyweight fight between Dominick Reyes and Jiri Prochazka.
