The Gunners have endured a torrid opening to their Premier League season, falling to back-to-back 2-0 defeats to Brentford and Chelsea.
While the Baggies are now competing in the Championship, they'll still be hoping to put up a stern challenge for Mikel Arteta's struggling side.
Valerien Ismael's side have won three and drawn one of their opening four league fixtures, meaning they've got off to an ideal start in their push for promotion again this season.
And West Brom will no doubt be confident of pulling off a cup upset over the North Londoners.

West Brom v Arsenal: Team news
West Bromwich Albion could be without Matt Clarke for six weeks after suffering a hamstring injury against Blackburn Rovers at the weekend.
The Brighton defender has moved to the Hawthorns on a season-long loan but will miss the visit of Arsenal as a result of the knock.
Valerien Ismael has also revealed that he'll be without two first team players after testing positive for COVID-19, but wouldn't reveal the identity of those affected.
For Arsenal they're boosted by the news that Alexandre Lacazette and Martin Odegaard will be available for the trip to the Hawthorns.
There's also good news for Hector Bellerin and Alex Runarsson who have both returned to first team training, along with Gabriel Magahaes who has been a long-term absentee.
Kieran Tierney and Gabriel Martinelli are also in contention despite picking up minor knocks against Chelsea, however Ben White and Willian will miss out.
West Brom v Arsenal: What's been said?
West Brom boss Valerien Ismael: "We received yesterday the information that he (Matt Clarke) will miss a lot of games - five to six weeks," said Ismael. "We need to deal with the situation. It's bad news for us, but it is what it is.
"You can't influence injuries or Covid. They're two situations we have to deal with. Now we have first case of injury, so we need to make sure he recovers well and comes back stronger.
"It's a good thing that the season is very long in the Championship, so we'll see him soon.
"We have two Covid cases with players. So, we need to make sure everything is in the right way. They need to isolate. It's a medical case so I can't give the information.
"But Covid is always a worry at the minute. You cannot control this. You can only get the jab and make sure you do the right thing, but we knew from the beginning we had to deal with injuries and Covid.
"We'll deal with the situation and next week is an international break, so we'll have more time to get the players back."
Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta said: "We will see. They've both (Odegaard and Ramsdale) been training a few days, only a few days, we just got the VISA from Martin yesterday I think and Aaron has been a while without training, but they both want to play.
"Let's see who is available again. We had some knocks and stuff from the game and players that need minutes and want minutes, and it's a competition obviously that we want to fight for. We need a win as well."
