The players who are hitting back when criticised about their weight

Social media has created an environment where haters can make the lives of footballers a misery with comments about their appearance.

Many players are accused of being overweight by supporters and this is what happens when those players hit back at the critics.

"The day that someone calls me fat, I will invite them to Lezama to train with me," the Athletic Club goalkeeper told La Tribuna.

"There are people that have spoken about my weight in the past, who have come to Lezama and who have seen me train and who have said 'you looked huge, but actually you're not so big'."
