The 55 year-old Japanese striker that can't stop scoring

Kazu Miura is a superstar in Japan. The professional footballer, whose nickname is "King Kazu" in his home country, continues to shine up front for Japan Football League club Suzuka Point Getters, despite his 55 years of age.

The striker, who spent his early years playing in Brazil for Sao Paulo and Santos before returning to Japan, is proving that age is just a number. In his latest game in the Japanese fourth division, he scored an unstoppable header.

There's debate, however, over what was more spectacular: the goal itself or the celebration that followed. After the ball hit the back of the net, the striker showed his quick feet as he performed an entertaining dance to the delight of his teammates.

It was his second goal in 17 games season for the Suzuka Point Getters, in what is his 36th season as a professional footballer. Altogether, he's made almost 700 appearances at club level.

After Shinji Okazaki (50), Kazu Miura is the second highest goal scorer for Japan's international team with 42 goals.
