That's the view of former Tottenham midfielder, and talkSPORT host, Jamie O'Hara.
The Lionesses thrashed Sweden 4-0 at Bramall Lane to book a place in Sunday's final - and send a serious message along the way.
Beth Mead opened the scoring in the first half, before Lucy Bronze gave Sarina Wingman's side a two-goal cushion.
Manchester United star Russo has been something of a super-sub for England throughout the tournament and she lived up to that again.
She immediately came on to cause Sweden problems and nearly got an assist with her first touches of the ball, but Lauren Hemp's shot crashed off the crossbar.
Russo then put the tie beyond doubt with an audacious backheel goal that went through the legs of Sweden goalkeeper Hedvig Lindahl.
Fans on social media likened it to Thierry Henry's famous backheel goal against Charlton in 2004.
Maidstone-born Russo even has a connection to Charlton as she was as mascot for the club's Women's team when Casey Stoney was captain - who is now her Manchester United manager.
"The goal from Alessia Russo, that's up there for a Puskas award," O'Hara told talkSPORT.
Co-host Jason Cundy added: "It's the cheek of it. That is the goal that killed the tie because at 2-0, Sweden felt if they got the next goal of the game they were in it.
"That was the goal and it was the audacity. The keeper will look back at her performance tonight and think 'maybe'.
"Taking nothing away [from England]. The four goals were justified."
O'Hara said: "We played on the front foot, with pace, electricity. I was so impressed."
