Parker and Fury have developed a close friendship and the New Zealand fighter trained in the north west with the WBC champion before fighting, and beating, Derek Chisora.
On Monday, a clip posted on social media showed Fury body sparring with fellow top heavyweight Parker ahead of their returns to the ring.
Fury has been ordered by the WBC to defend against Dillian Whyte next.
However, this is still up in the air with purse bids now pushed back to Friday.
They have a new face in their camp, though, as New Zealand rugby legend Williams is training with them.
The 36-year-old has played both rugby union and rugby league international for his country and also has a boxing record of 8-0.
Parker told talkSPORT's James Savundra: "I'm back into training, back into training camp with Tyson.
"We've got Sonny Bill Williams here doing some training for his fight, David Nyika back on board.
"It's great to be back training."
Fury currently holds the WBC title and will be eyeing up a unification fight with Oleksandr Usyk, or Anthony Joshua, later in 2022.
Parker himself, who is 30-2 as a professional, has his own eyes on fighting for a world title again having previously lost to Anthony Joshua.
But he insisted he would probably never fight Fury and will try and win a belt another way.
Asked if they'll ever fight each other, Parker told talkSPORT Boxing on YouTube: "We have a great relationship, he treats me like a younger brother, his whole family looks after me.
"I've based myself here in Morecambe now. I've stayed in his house, I'm using his gym.
"I think I'll never fight him. I'll let him do his thing and fight everyone else.
"I'll try to go another path and do my best to win the other belts if I can."
