The draw was able to be completed, but fans watching from home were left in pieces on social media.
"David Silva is trying not to laugh," one fan wrote, with the ex-Man City man one of the stars selected to do the draw.
"It always delivers doesn't it," a second said.
"Not again!" a third added.

The final fan was of course reacting to the BBC's FA Cup coverage in January being interrupted by the same sex noise by YouTube prankster Jarvo.
Now, the same man has claimed this Saturday's stunt as his own.
"Pranking UEFA Euro 2024 Draw with sex noise," he wrote as the caption of the video on X of him pulling off the prank with a huge smirk on his face.
Amongst the chaos caused by the prankster, England and Scotland also discovered their fates.
