Naby Keita has stated that he will not sign a new contract at Liverpool, according to a report.
The Reds are in the process of securing their senior players to long-term contracts, with Virgil van Dijk, Jordan Henderson and Allison Becker all agreeing new deals in recent months.
Keita's contract expires in 2023 and he is one of the next names on the club's list.
However, Bild states that the midfielder is currently unwilling to stay at Anfield.
The report adds that Keita wants to be given a more prominent role at the club and will not listen to any offers of a contract extension until this is the case.
The 26-year-old has started just two of Liverpool's first five Premier League games of the season and was dropped for the match against Chelsea last month.
