The ex-Manchester City youngster's future is currently the subject of much speculation, as he only has a contract with Fulham until the end of June.
Liverpool are believed to be keen on the 26-year-old, with the Reds expected to be in the market for at least one centre-back ahead of the 2024-25 season.
Man United and Spurs also both want new centre-backs this summer, though, and according to TEAMtalk, the two clubs have been in touch with Adarabioyo to discuss a move.
The report claims that the two teams want the defender to sign a pre-contract, but Fulham have not given up hope of convincing him to sign another new deal in the English capital.
Man United, Tottenham both keen on Abarabioyo
The ex-England Under-19s international came through the youth system at Man City and spent time out on loan with West Bromwich Albion and Blackburn Rovers during his time at the club.
Adarabioyo failed to make the breakthrough into the first team at the Etihad Stadium, though, being restricted to just eight appearances, and he made a permanent move to Fulham in 2020.
The defender has featured on 130 occasions for his current side in all competitions, including 76 outings in the Premier League, proving himself at the top level.
Adarabioyo missed a host of action earlier this season due to a groin issue, but he returned in late November and has been a vital player for the capital outfit in recent months, now making 23 appearances this term.
Late last year, Fulham boss Marco Silva said that he was "not worried" about the defender's future.
"I tried to sort it [his contract] out two years ago", the Fulham boss told reporters. "Last season I did the same, and I did the same at the beginning of this season.
"He's a really good central defender. It's something that the club tried. They are probably still trying now. I'm not worried. I'm enjoying working with my players, and if they are available for me, I'm trying to get the best out of them."
Should Adarabioyo decide against penning a new contract at Craven Cottage, he is likely to be one of the most attractive free agents this summer considering his experience and potential.
Man United could be in the market for two new centre-backs this summer rather than one, with both Raphael Varane and Jonny Evans possibly moving on, and the Fulham defender could arrive alongside Bremer, who is thought to be the club's leading target in that area of the field.
Bremer, who is also believed to be admired by Tottenham, will allegedly have a release clause of €60m (£51m) in his contract this summer.
