Gemma Owen is yet to reveal that her dad Michael made his name at Anfield but that could be about to change with the latest contestant to join the show.
Jay Younger has something in common with Gemma as he also has a relative who was a footballer who starred for the Reds during his playing days.
And unlike Owen's daughter, he has not been shy about revealing it when quizzed about his claims to fame before entering the villa.
The investment analyst said: "My grandad played for Liverpool and he was captain of Scotland back in the 1950s.
"He was in the hall of fame for Liverpool and he was in the hall of fame for Hibernian F.C."
Tommy Younger made his debut for Liverpool all the way back in August 1956, 40 years before Owen made his bow for the Merseysiders.
The Reds were languishing in the second division at the time when they made their move to sign the goalkeeper from hometown club Hibernian.
Liverpool manager Phil Taylor splashed out £9000 on Younger, which was then just £3,500 cheaper than the club's record signing Albert Stubbins.
Younger went on to make over 120 appearances during three years in the north east before departing just months shy of the legendary Bill Shankly's arrival in 1959.
During his time in England, he also played for Stoke before finishing his career at Leeds.
But his most notable achievement came at international level where like Owen, Younger cemented his legacy by playing at the World Cup.
In the latter's case, he captained Scotland at the 1958 tournament in Sweden.
However, sadly for the Tartan Army, they finished bottom of Group 2 following two defeats to Paraguay and France and a draw with Yugoslavia.
But, in fairness, Scotland might have taken that in Qatar if it meant ending their ]24-year World Cup drought…
