Liverpool will be aiming to put their heavy defeat to Napoli behind them as they welcome Ajax to Anfield tonight.

Jurgen Klopp's Reds were beaten 4-1 at the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium in the opening game of their Champions League campaign last week.

Following the postponement of all Premier League fixtures at the weekend, Liverpool haven't played since their defeat while Ajax put five past SC Heerenveen to continue their perfect record so far this season.

The Dutch champions beat Rangers 4-0 in their Group A opener, setting a high standard for the rest of teams in the group.
