And hoping to emulate the skills of Grealish, Payne has rocked up to training sporting his unique look.
Accompanied by a headband and curtains, the ex-One Direction star showed off his skills at an open training session.
Rocking the infamous Grealish barnet, Payne spoke exclusively to talkSPORT and said: "Yeah, I had sunglasses on as well.

"It was a bit more convincing. It is obvious what is going on here.
"I've put some socks into mine, as my legs have shrunk in the wash. They are World XI socks, don't tell anyone.
"I am going to have a chat with him later actually and get the real energy."
He then was asked to try his best Brummie accent, which was questionable at best, saying: "Alright, I was a Brummie myself. Peaky Blinders, mate. Alright, bab!"

Payne will go up against some legends of football including Roberto Carlos, Hernan Crespo and... Lee Mack.

But Grealish will not be present on Sunday at Old Trafford where Soccer Aid will go ahead between England and the World XI.
Instead, the Manchester City star has travelled to Istanbul for the other footballing spectacle this weekend.
City face Inter Milan in the Champions League final and are just a step away from completing an incredible treble under Pep Guardiola.
The Etihad outfit have already won the Premier League and the FA Cup, triumphing over Arsenal and Manchester United respectively.
Just Inter stand in their way now and not many are giving the Italian side a chance after City crushed Bayern Munich and Real Madrid on route to the final.
