Jastremski will officially join Bayern II in summer 2020, having scored 14 goals in 19 appearances for Wolfsburg's U19s between August 2019 and the Covid-19 enforced hiatus. The 6'2" right-footed central striker also scored a brace in a losing effort to the Bayern U19s in the Junior DFB Cup, meaning he has already outdone his 2018/19 haul of 13 goals in 22 games, while his seven goals in 13 outings in 2017/18 explain why he spent last than half a season with the Wolfsburg U17s. A February 2020 reserve-team debut from the bench in Germany's fourth tier further attests to his potential. So, too, does a debut international goal for the Germany U19s in a friendly with Spain - the trigger for an impressive strike rate of one almost every other game.

Jastremski spent 10 years at Wolfsburg, signing for the club at the age of eight. He represented the Wolves at every youth level, but the promise of regular football in 3. Liga with Bayern's second string was too good an offer to turn down.
