E intracht Frankfurt have seen themselves move up to 11th in the Bundesliga table after beating 17th-placed Werder Bremen 3-0 away from home, thanks in part to two goals in the last 10 minutes from second-half substitute Stefan Ilsanker.
The game was relatively tense until Andre Silva continued his fine form by heading in a Filip Kostic cross in the 61st minute.
Kostic grabbed his second assist of the game 20 minutes later, this time from a corner, as Ilsanker made his way onto the pitch for Sebastian Rode and was then able to jog into the box before creating a bit of space with his run and getting on the end of the Serbian's pinpoint set piece.
Ilsanker was able to wheel off in celebration for the second time in the 90th minute after once again peeling away from the Werder defenders from a dead-ball situation. Jonathan de Guzman, who came on in the 87th minute, guided a free-kick from the right-hand side towards the six-yard box and Ilsanker was able to head past Jiri Pavlenka.
Next up for Eintracht is the visit of Mainz on Saturday, while Werder host Wolfsburg in the early kick-off on Sunday.
