talkSPORT's man in the know, Alex Crook, has listed a number of potential transfers and latest rumours this week - one of them concerning Clarets stopper Nick Pope.
The England international has been at Turf Moor since 2016 following their promotion to the Premier League and quickly rose to being the Lancashire side's No. 1.
Now, though, Premier League new boys Nottingham Forest could be nabbing the Three Lions glovesman following Burnley's final day relegation.
Pope, who recently turned 30, played against Nottingham Forest previously whilst at his former club, Charlton Athletic, and could be just what Steve Cooper's promoted side need.
"Interesting one this," Cook said on talkSPORT's White and Jordan show on Tuesday.
"He's been linked with lots of clubs. I know West Ham have shown interest, so too have Fulham upon their promotion to the Premier League.
"Nottingham Forest, I understand, are also exploring the possibility of signing the England international. He's got a year left on his contract at Burnley.
"They're asking for big money, actually, for someone in that situation."
The Tricky Trees' interest in Pope comes as reports from The Athletic have suggested their star keeper, Brice Samba, has requested to leave this summer after turning down a contract extension at the City Ground.
Samba was a key part of Forest's promotion campaign, most notably in his side's semi-final second leg penalty shootout.
"We're also hearing that Brice Samba is not particularly keen to sign a new contract at Nottingham Forest - their hero from winning promotion." Crook added.
"So he may well move on this summer, which makes sense with the story I've been given that Nick Pope is interesting Forest."
Meanwhile, should Burnley lose Pope, they will have Wales international Wayne Hennessey and Will Norris left as their senior goalkeepers as they face their first season in the second tier in six years.
