The Three Lions progressed to their first major tournament final in 55 years as captain Kane tucked home the rebound from his penalty in extra time to seal a spot against Italy on Sunday.
However, eagle-eyed viewers have noticed that there may have been a bit of foul play from a fan at Wembley for the spot kick, with images showing a green laser shining on the Leicester goalkeeper's face prior to Kane's strike.
England were deserved winners in the clash but Jose Mourinho believes the Three Lions were very fortunate to get the penalty in the first place.
Raheem Sterling was brought down following another menacing run into the box, but many have suggested there was minimal contact and the referee's decision might have been a bit soft.
The Special One told talkSPORT: "England deserved to win but that's never a penalty. At this level - a semi-final of the Euro I don't understand the referee's decision and the fact the VAR didn't bring the referee into the screen.
"It's never a penalty. I'm very happy England won, don't get me wrong. They deserved to win but I am disappointed as a football man that was given."
England boss Gareth Southgate conceded he had not seen replays of the penalty but hinted it may have been 'soft'.
"I've not seen it yet," he told talkSPORT. "Everyone's said that to me, I'm assuming it's been checked by VAR. From what you're saying it maybe sounds soft, but for tonight I'm not that fussed."
