New clues about the 'Dani Alves case' have been uncovered. The footballer has contradicted himself in his statement to the judge on an issue that, until now, was unknown.
The victim recognised one of the Brazilian's tattoos on his abdomen. According to El Mundo's judicial sources, the victim described the crescent-shaped tattoo that the right-back has on part of his abdomen.
When the judge asked about it, the footballer gave two different answers.
In the first, the Brazilian acknowledged having the tattoo, but in his version he said that it was the young woman who attacked him while he was sitting on the toilet.
The judge immediately dismantled this statement, pointing out that it was obvious that the footballer could never have seen the tattoo when he was sitting down because it would have been covered by his shirt at all times.
After the judge's intervention, the footballer once again changed his version of events.
In this second statement, Alves declared that the victim did not throw herself at him, but that it was the Brazilian who stood up, making it easier to see his tattoo, as it is located on a part of his abdomen near his waist.
Furthermore, the footballer stated in this version that the relations were at all times consensual. The victim denies this.
Change of prison
This morning, Alves has left the prison, Brians 1. Since last Friday, the Brazilian footballer was detained in this prison.
After three consecutive nights, he has been transferred to Brians 2. In addition, the Generalitat has taken the decision to change his equipment for his safety.
According to the information from El Mundo, the footballer will have a new companion, with the intention of improving his adaptability to the prison.
Most of the prisoners in Brians 2 are accused of sexual assault, of which the former Barcelona man is accused.
