The gigantic artwork put together by fan group We Are The Shed depicts several club legends and iconic moments, while also paying tribute to members of the current team.
At the centre of the image, of course, were John Terry and Frank Lampard.
Surrounding them were the likes of Gianfranco Zola, Peter Osgood and Eden Hazard - some of the club's greatest attackers.
Ashley Cole is seen lifting the 2012 Champions League trophy - Chelsea's first time winning the European Cup.
And Cesar Azpilicueta is next to him with the 2021 version.
Homage is paid to Chelsea's first league title win back in 1955.
While also celebrating the more recent Premier League victories in the modern era.
Iconic moments depicted include Fernando Torres' goal in the Nou Camp which settled their dramatic 2012 Champions League semi-final against Barcelona.
Dider Drogba's winning penalty against Bayern Munich in the final is also there representing the club's greatest night.
Dennis Wise can be seen with the FA Cup, while Marcel Desailly has his hands on the Super Cup.
And the self-proclaimed 'Special One' Jose Mourinho is celebrating Chelsea's famous 2-0 win at Anfield, which prevented the Reds from winning the league in 2014.
All in all, it's a magnificent piece of artwork celebrating the club's history.
