Here are the top five players under the age of 21 who need to be on your radar as the Premier League season continues to unfold.
Anthony Elanga (Manchester United)
Having started his youth football journey at Swedish clubs, IF Elfsborg and Malmo FF, Anthony Elanga made the move to Old Trafford in the summer of 2018 as a promising starlet.
The 19-year old was quick to make an everlasting impression as he thrived in the under-18s and under-23 side, contributing three goal involvements in last season's EFL trophy.
Elanga made his senior Manchester United debut against Leicester City in the Premier League last term, before scoring his first goal after just thirteen minutes in the victory over Wolves in the final game of last season.
The Red Devils boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been singing his praises: "He's got an X factor, some attributes, it's not like a gift, but he's got the acceleration, pace, speed, that's a given for wingers and he's got qualities I like.
The Swedish winger has also represented his country seven times in the under-17 team, scoring two goals both against France in the 2019 European Championship before netting against a Finland friendly for the Sweden u-21 side.
Folarin Balogun (Arsenal)
Compared to Arsenal's legendary striker Ian Wright, due to speed and intelligent movement, Folarin Balogun is on the fast-track on becoming one of the prolific goal scorers for the club.
Starting his journey with Arsenal at the age of just eight years old, Balogun climbed the academy ladders swiftly and scored twice from his six first-team appearances last season, with both goals coming in the Europa League group stage.
Impressed by the New-York born 20 year old, boss Mikel Arteta handed him his Premier League debut against Brentford in the opening match of this season.
And we are sure that is not the last time we will see this striker in the league!
Carney Chukwuemeka (Aston Villa)
After impressing at Northampton Town's academy, Carney joined Aston Villa and was quick to be named the academy's player of the season after helping the Under 18s to victory in the FA Youth Cup.
Chukwuemeka finished the FA Youth Cup as top scorer with seven goals, piquing interest from top clubs Bayern Munich and Juventus.
And the midfielder's commitment to Villa stood strong as he signed his first professional contract in July 2020.
The 17-year old made his first senior start for Dean Smith's side in a 1-1 draw against Brentford this season, a performance former Arsenal forward Paul Merson hailed as "outstanding", adding "he will be an absolute star."
Rayan Ait-Nouri (Wolverhampton)
After making 23 appearances in both youth and senior level for his former French club Angers, Rayan Ait-Nouri enjoyed a fantastic loan spell at Wolverhampton Wanderers last season.
Netting his first goal for the club last term against Crystal Palace in a 2-0 home win, saw Ait-Nouri securing a permanent move to Molineux.
Wolves technical director Scott Sellar said: "At his age, he's got a lot to learn, a lot of work on, and I'm sure with us he'll develop.
"He has great quality going forward, we all remember his goal on his debut, so he's got a lot going for him, as well as areas to develop, like all players."
Despite the areas to improve on, the 20-year old is known for excelling in speed and having an immaculate crossing ability which enables him to play both as a winger or central midfielder.
Kwadwo Baah - (Watford)
Kwadwo Baah was quick to make a name for himself at former club Rochdale, stacking up three goals and two assists in 21 League One appearances.
Baah was named EFL Young Player of the Month for January 2021 after scoring a stunning brace against Charlton Athletic and his first strike from the edge of the box was voted the club's Goal of the Month.
The 18-year old became hot property in England's lower leagues with the likes of Manchester City almost closing in a deal, however newly-promoted Watford snatched Baah away on a 125k fee.
Although the forward is yet to make his Premier League debut, he has 44 first-team appearances under his belt from his time at Rochdale - making him one of the more experienced teenagers in the league.
