The 33-year-old was signed in the summer on a free transfer after leaving previous club Barcelona.
He made 21 appearances across three seasons as Marc-Andre ter Stegen's back-up at the Camp Nou.
Neto started the season behind Mark Travers at the Vitality Stadium despite his credentials, having previously been a regular with Valencia.

But after the 9-0 drubbing at the hands of Liverpool he was handed his chance.
He took it with open arms and helped caretaker boss register five games unbeaten in the Premier League.
A 1-0 loss to neighbours Southampton ended the streak and then in the match with West Ham on Monday night, he picked up a hamstring strain.

And now it's understood he will not play a part for the Cherries until after the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
Neto has one cap for Brazil, earnt back in 2018 against El Salvador, but was unlikely to make their squad for this tournament.
Ahead of him in the pecking order are fellow Premier League stars Ederson, Alisson, and Weverton, while Everson, Santos, and Gabriel Grando are uncapped but have recent call-ups.
