Barcelona have reportedly been watching Brighton & Hove Albion goalkeeper Carl Rushworth during his loan spell at League Two outfit Walsall.
The 20-year-old, who joined Brighton from Halifax Town in 2018, is yet to make his first-team debut for the Seagulls and joined Walsall on loan in July.
Rushworth has made nine appearances for the League Two side this term and saved his fourth penalty of the season in his loan club's 2-1 loss at Newport County on Saturday.
According to The Mirror, Barcelona have been monitoring the goalkeeper's performances in League Two, while a number of other European clubs have also sent scouts to watch him.
Rushworth is due to spend the entire 2021-22 campaign on loan with Walsall before returning to Brighton, where he has a contract until the summer of 2023.
The stopper was called up to the England Under-20s squad in the latter stages of 2020.
