Cristiano Ronaldo netted a hat-trick and became football's all-time top scorer in Manchester United's 3-2 home win over Tottenham on Saturday.

The 37-year-old did not disappoint on his return from injury, having missed the defeat to rivals Man City, with a match-winning performance at Old Trafford.

He scored a 25-yard stunner in the first half before putting his side in the lead twice more after equalisers by Spurs to secure his first Premier League treble since January 2008 against Newcastle.
