Hadi Fayyadh

Muhammad Hadi Fayyadh bin Abdul Razak (born 22 January 2000) is a Malaysian professional footballer who plays as a forward for Japanese club Azul Claro Numazu in J3 League on loan from Fagiano Okayama and the Malaysia national team.

Club Career

Johor Darul Ta'zim

On 23 February 2017, Hadi Fayyadh have promoted to the first team squad after superb showing in the MPL. He made his first-team debut for 2017 season coming on as a substitute for Mahali Jasuli in the 67rd minute of 3–0 win at Larkin, Johor. He became the first player born after 2000 to make a competitive debut in MSL.

On 2 September 2018, the Premier League confirmed that he had been released by Johor Darul Ta'zim.

Trials

Hadi had gone for week-long trial with Japan's 2 club Roasso Kumamoto in early August.

Fagiano Okayama

Hadi became the first Malaysian to play in the J2 League after he joined Fagiano Okayama on 21 December 2018.

2021 season : Loan to Azul Claro Numazu

Before the 2021 season kick off, Hadi was sent on loan to Azul Claro Numazu that in J3 League on a season long loan to gain some senior level experience in the J League. On April 2021, Hadi sustain anterior cruciate ligament on his right leg and makes him missed his first game for the club against Jubilo Iwata and the most of the season game due to recovery from injuries. He expects to return to the team before the end of the season because the league will continue until December. Hadi return to Fagiano Okayama to undergo surgery in Osaka. On 23 July, he return to Azul Claro Numazu after his recovery from injury.
