It's just two weeks until the January transfer window opens.
Premier League and EFL clubs from across the land are drawing up their transfer shortlists ahead of the often frantic window. Some teams will decide against bringing in a new player and potentially rocking the boat, yet Manchester United can't afford not to act.
Erik ten Hag's side are on the lookout for a new forward after Cristiano Ronaldo left the club my mutual consent last month. One potential candidate is Cody Gakpo, who's been in blistering form for PSV Eindhoven this season. That transfer will be one to watch!
Elsewhere, Arsenal are after Mykhaylo Mudryk's signature and Chelsea are closing in on signing Christopher Nkunku - although that deal won't go through until July.

Suarez offered new club
Mexican side Cruz Azul want to sign Luis Suarez on a free transfer.
Suarez's existing deal at Uruguayan outfit Nacional expires at the end of 2022, although there is a player option for a further 12 months. Cruz Azul are looking to beat Nacional and MLS club Inter Miami, who are reportedly interested, to the 35-year-old's signature.
Despite his advancing years, Suarez is still finding the net with ease. He scored eight goals and provided four assists in 14 games for boyhood club Nacional last season to fire them to the Uruguayan league title. He also represented Uruguay at the World Cup in Qatar.
Cruz Azul's president Victor Velazquez was recently asked whether the Mexican side are interested in signing Suarez on a free transfer this January. "I don't have any news for you yet, but we've been in negotiations," he said in response, as quoted by AS.
"Our intention is to bring Luis Suarez to Cruz Azul, we just need to be patient and look for one or two other reinforcements on top of that. As well as a striker, we're also looking for a left-back."

Talks opened over Mudryk move
Arsenal have opened talks with Shakhtar Donetsk over a move for Mykhaylo Mudryk, according to the Evening Standard. Shakhtar are said to value the 21-year-old at £85m, though the Gunners are eager to bring that price down.
Mudryk has seven goals and six assists in the Ukrainian top flight this season, helping his team stay in touch with league leaders Dnipro-1. The wide forward also scored three times in the Champions League group stage, adding two assists, though it was only enough for Shakhtar to take third place in their group.
