The Red Devils will face arch rivals Liverpool on July 12 at Rajamangala Stadium, Bangkok, before travelling to Australia.
During their time down under, United will face Melbourne Victory and Crystal Palace at Melbourne Cricket Ground on July 15 and July 19 respectively.
While such tricky fixtures will no doubt be appealing for the club's supporters, it's the promotional image used that has really caught fans' attentions.
Alongside Cristiano Ronaldo and Alex Telles on the friendly announcement is Paul Pogba.
The midfielder is undoubtedly one of the club's highest-profile players, but is facing an uncertain future with his contract at Old Trafford set to come to an end this summer.
While the 29-year-old has not confirmed that he plans to leave United this summer, there's been plenty of speculation regarding his future.
Juventus and Paris Saint-Germain have both been linked with moves for the player, who has done little to suggest that his priority is to stay in England.
As a result there's a huge question mark over whether Pogba will even be a United employee when they travel to Thailand and Australia at the start of the new season.
While the France international's future being a major topic of conversation, Gabriel Agbonlahor is of the belief that perhaps a move for Pogba will be best for all involved.
"First of all Paul Pogba is an outstanding player isn't he," Agbonlahor said.
"I see what he's done in his career and what he's done for France at the World Cup but I feel like for some reason it's not worked at Manchester United has it.
"There's a saying isn't there that sometimes you just don't go back to clubs you've been at and I don't think it was the right move for him and it just hasn't worked for him.
"Yes, he's been out of position sometimes and had to play on the left wing, a lot of managers have been in there, managers like [Jose] Mourinho, who he didn't get on with.
"Sometimes a move is best for both parties, I think Manchester United need to move on and Paul Pogba needs to move on and maybe both will succeed from that."
