Leeds have made a busy start to the transfer window and they have signed USA international Brenden Aaronson from Red Bull Salzburg and are tying up a move for his former Salzburg team-mate Rasmus Kristensen.
Kristensen is in Leeds having a medical before signing a five-year deal and wrapping up his £10million move to Elland Road. Leeds also want a central midfielder, a striker and an experienced goalkeeper to compete with Illan Meslier.
They are also fighting to hold on to stars Raphinha and Kalvin Phillips and the Brazil winger is wanted by Manchester City and the England midfielder by Manchester City. Mirror Sport has the latest transfer news, including updates on Raphinha and Minamino.
Raphinha interest cools
Barcelona are looking at Angel Di Maria as a cheaper alternative to Raphinha. The Catalan club have agreed terms with Raphinha and the Brazil winger is keen to move to the Nou Camp this summer.
According to TeamTalk Leeds are refusing to budge on their valuation of £50million-£60million for Raphinha, who has two years left on his Elland Road contract, and this is beyond what hard-up Barca can pay. They only want to pay round £25million and are now considering Di Maria, who is a free agent after leaving Paris Saint-Germain on a Bosman this summer.
Reds name Minamino price
Leeds have been told by Liverpool that they will have to fork out £17million to sign Takumi Minamino this summer. Leeds are are looking at Minamino, along with Wolves, Southampton, Fulham and Monaco, as they search for a Premier League-quality striker to boost their attack.
Leeds head coach Jesse Marsch worked with the Japanese at Red Bull Salzburg and would love to be reunited with him at Elland Road. Minamino, 27, managed 10 goals for Liverpool last season, despite his bit-part role, and the Reds are prepared to cash in on him this summer according to the BBC.

Experienced keeper wanted
Leeds' director of football Victor Orta is considering an experienced goalkeeper as understudy to Illan Meslier. Leeds let former Real Madrid keeper Kiko Casilla leave last summer and replaced him with young Norwegian stopper Kristoffer Klaesson.
French Under-21 international Meslier struggled at times last season and Leeds feel their goalkeeping contingent would benefit from an older head among their number. Leeds do not want to replace Meslier as their No 1 and still believe in him, but The Athletic's Phil Hay claims they are on the lookout for a more-experienced goalkeeper.
