Hector Bellerin has enjoyed an unforgettable season at Real Betis, and his affection for the club was clear to see following their last home match of the season against Granada on Sunday.
The right-back's loan spell ends on June 30, and he was unable to hold back the tears at full time.
Bellerin decided to join the club last year to fulfil his father's dream of seeing him in a Betis shirt.
Not only has he played a crucial role on the pitch, but he also looks to be completely at home at the Estadio Benito Villamarin.
After a warm embrace with his two best friends in the team, Borja Iglesias and Aitor Ruibal, his family joined him on the pitch and he had a long embrace with his father, Pepe.
Bellerin has become one of the most popular players within the dressing room and is a firm favourite with the supporters.
With a year remaining on his Arsenal contract, it will become clear over the upcoming weeks whether he will stay in London or make his move to Betis permanent.
Ceballos highlights Bellerin's love for the club
Dani Ceballos and Hector Bellerin formed a close friendship during their time together at Arsenal, and they promised to play together for Real Betis.
Ceballos retweeted a video of Bellerin and his father on the pitch together at full time and posted the following caption.
"Pepe [Bellerin] and Hector Bellerin. The amount of love for Real Betis in one picture. The example of a feeling," he wrote.
Borja Iglesias's plan for Bellerin to stay
Borja Iglesias and Aitor Ruibal are both desperate for Bellerin to remain at the club this summer.
Iglesias took to Twitter to suggest that a crowdfunding campaign should be started for Bellerin to stay, and Ruibal replied to the tweet.
"It's necessary," he said.
