He is yet to play a game in the USA and therefore doesn't count as an 'MLS All-Star' just yet.
There were reports that MLS Commissioner Don Garber could hand the Argentine legend a direct pass to the team but that has not been given.
The players who are part of the All-Star side have been revealed after 12 were voted by fans, 12 were selected by Wayne Rooney and two were chosen by Garber.
Some former stars of European football will be facing the Gunners, including former Barcelona youngster Riqui Puig and Borussia Dortmund goalkeeper Roman Burki.
