Leeds midfielder Tyler Adams is undergoing a medical at Bournemouth today, talkSPORT understands.
The two clubs have reached an agreement after Bournemouth triggered the £20m release clause in USA captain Adams's contract on Monday.
Adams had been set to join Chelsea after they triggered the same relegation clause, but the Blues pulled out at the 11th hour.

Chelsea have now confirmed the signing of Romeo Lavia from Southampton.
The midfielder has joined the Blues after a tug of war with Liverpool - one of two transfer battles between the clubs, and Chelsea have won both of them.
The 19-year-old has penned a seven-year contract at Stamford Bridge, has has arrived in a deal worth a total of £58million - £53m up front, with £5m in add-ons.
"I'm really happy join Chelsea and be a part of this exciting project," Lavia said.
"It's an amazing football club with a great history and I'm really excited to get started.
"I can't wait to meet all my new team-mates and build a chemistry together to achieve great things together."

Theo Walcott announced his retirement from football this morning - news talkSPORT brought you first yesterday.
The winger has officially hung up his boots at the age of 34, bringing his 18-year senior career to close after playing over 560 games for Southampton, Arsenal and Everton, scoring 129 goals.
He was famously named in Sven-Goran Eriksson's squad for the 2006 World Cup without having played for England and stills holds the record of being the country's youngest-ever player.
Walcott also became the youngest player to claim an England hat-trick at the age of 19 and went on to score eight goals in 47 appearances for his country.
"The first moment I put my football boots on aged 10, was the start of a special journey for me," Walcott wrote on Instagram.
"The support shown to me throughout this time has been incredible in every way imaginable and I am truly grateful. I've shared the football pitch with so many incredible players and we have created so many unforgettable memories."

Chelsea will confirm the signing of Romeo Lavia later this morning.
The midfielder has already confirmed his departure from Southampton on social media having finalised terms with the Blues.
Chelsea are paying £58million for the 19-year-old, having fought off interest from Liverpool to secure his signature.
It has been a whirlwind few days for Mauricio Pochettino's team, with the £115m British record capture of Moises Caicedo from Brighton completed on Monday.
Lavia will sign for an initial £53m with Southampton able to receive a further £5m in add-ons.
It takes the spending under owner Todd Boehly over the past 12 months close to £1billion.

Everton are confident of signing Southampton striker Che Adams after tabling a £12m bid, talkSPORT understands.
Scotland international Adams is in the last year of his Saints contract and is keen to return to the Premier League.
Adams would be the fifth signing made by Sean Dyche's side this summer, with Ashley Young, Arnaut Danjuma, Jack Harrison and Youssef Chermiti having all arrived so far.
Leeds United forward Wilfried Gnonto is another target for the club.

The Blues were close to a £35million deal to sign Olise before the winger penned a surprise four-year extension at Selhurst Park.
It is understood Forest want at least £40m for Johnson.
Chelsea are also on the verge of selling academy graduate Lewis Hall to Newcastle for £30m.
Elsewhere, Liverpool are set to sign Stuttgart midfielder Wataru Endo after missing out on Moises Caicedo and Romeo Lavia.

Man City will need other players to step up to replace Kevin De Bruyne, despite links to Lucas Paqueta.
Pep Guardiola's side are keen to sign the West Ham star, with the Hammers demanding around £95million to do a deal.
With De Bruyne facing up to four months on the sidelines, one player who could feel the impact of his loss is Erling Haaland.
Haaland and De Bruyne combined on multiple occasions last term to help the Norwegian striker in his electric first campaign at the Etihad Stadium and according to Darren Bent, City will need their other players to step up and not just rely on a potential incoming to deputise.

Simon Jordan has backed Jurgen Klopp to turn Liverpool back into a major force, despite their recent woes in the transfer market.
The Reds have missed out on deals to sign Moises Caicedo and Romeo Lavia in recent days, with both players joining Chelsea for a combined fee of around £175million.
Meanwhile, Liverpool are closing in on a deal to sign Stuttgart captain, Wataru Endo, for a significantly smaller fee.

Troy Deeney has joined Forest Green Rovers as a player-coach.
The legendary striker, who previously played for Watford and Birmingham City, played 60 games in his professional career and joins head coach David Horseman whom he knows from their time together at Vicarage Road.
Deeney said: "It's really exciting to be here. I came to the game on Tuesday and got a real sense of what the club is all about. I've always kept an eye on Forest Green anyway and have great admiration for the Chairman and what the club stands for."
"It's about the next 10 years, not the next 10 months. This is the start of a new journey and I'm really excited."
Club Chairman, Dale Vince, added: "It's amazing to welcome Troy here, both as a player and as a coach. He'll be a fantastic addition to us here at FGR and we're super excited to have him."

Thomas Tuchel has delivered a potential blow to Liverpool's hopes of signing Ryan Gravenberch.
The Reds have reportedly revived their interest in the 21-year-old, but Tuchel says he is 'very satisfied' with the midfielder and says he has a future in the Bayern Munich team.
Even though he admits Gravenberch's current role is as a substitute - one the player is not satisfied with.
"We see him in the offensive area," Tuchel said about the young Dutchman.
"I see his strengths as having his back to goal, dribbling, under pressure from the opponent.
"In the preparatory games he only came off the bench, that's his role at the moment.
"I am very satisfied with him and his preparation. If he trains hard and stays patient, he will get his chances."

Neymar has credited Cristiano Ronaldo for 'starting' the Saudi Arabia football revolution.
"Ronaldo started all this and everyone thought he was crazy," the Brazilian said in his first interview as an Al-Hilal player since signing from Paris Saint-Germain.
"It makes it more interesting to play against world-class players. Playing against Ronaldo, Karim Benzema and Roberto Firmino only makes you more motivated.
"It is also important to have good players in your own team.
"Obviously that helps with making some choices. That certainly applies to me now."

West Ham target Mohammed Kudus had agreed a £35million move to Brighton earlier this summer.
But, according to reports, the deal collapsed due to the Ajax midfielder's demand for a release clause.
Dutch outlet VI claim the transfer was good to go until Kudus' agents came in with more demands, which put the Seagulls off.
West Ham are now leading the race to sign the talented 23-year-old star, who could join ex-Ajax teammate Edson Alvarez at the London Stadium.

Brazilian club Vasco da Gama have announced the signing of Dimitri Payet.
The former West Ham star has joined the Rio de Janeiro outfit on a free transfer.
Payet became a free agent this summer after Marseille agreed to terminate his contract one year early to allow the former captain to move on.
The 36-year-old playmaker has now sealed a move to the Brazilian top flight, where he was given a stunning welcome from local fans when he arrived for his signing yesterday.
