There are ten Premier League players and two British players outside of England's top-flight included in the 100-man shortlist for the 2022 award.
The award is won by Europe's best youngster aged under 21 in a calendar year, and has a reputation of picking out young players who go on to be superstars.
Barcelona teen Pedri won the award last year, with past winners including, Erling Haaland, Lionel Messi, Kylian Mbappe and Wayne Rooney since it was launched in 2003.
Spanish ace Pedri, 19, has been nominated again, alongside the likes of Liverpool duo Fabio Carvalho and Harvey Elliott, and Manchester United pair Anthony Elanga and Amad Diallo.
The Red Devils have had three previous winners in Rooney, Brazilian midfielder Anderson and Anthony Martial.
Wolves also have two players on the shortlist, with ex-Liverpool man Ki-Jana Hoever and club-record signing Fabio Silva both nominated.
Manchester City have just the one nominee in Yan Bueno Couto, who they signed from Brazilian side Coritiba in 2020 and has spent time on loan at Girona and Braga.
Tottenham youngster Pape Matar Sarr and Brighton's Kacper Kozlowski are also yet to play for their parent clubs after recent loans with Metz and Union SG, respectively, but are both on the shortlist.
Joe Gelhardt has played plenty of football for Leeds United this season, playing a role in their Premier League survival, and is the final Premier League player to be nominated.
Borussia Dortmund superstar and England international Jude Bellingham is unsurprisingly featured after another great Bundesliga campaign at just 18 years old.
Scotland international and reported Arsenal target Aaron Hickey - who plays club football for Serie A side Bologna - is also on the shortlist, with the full-back a regular for the Italian side last season.
Bayern Munich's Jamal Musiala is another standout name, having played for the England youth teams, and has become a key player for the German giants this season, as well as a regular for the Germany national team.
