The 25-year-old's future has been the subject of much speculation this summer, with a number of Premier League clubs, including Arsenal and Manchester United, said to be interested in his services.
However, according to Italian journalist Nicolo Schira, Inter are now working on a deal for the Brazilian, who only has two years left to run on his current deal.
Schira claims that Inter want Bremer on loan for the 2022-23 campaign, but there will also be an obligation to buy included in the proposed agreement, with the San Siro giants prepared to pay in the region of €28m (£23.7m).
However, it is alleged that Torino want €40m (£33.8m) for the in-demand centre-back this summer.
Meanwhile, according to Marca, Real Madrid have placed Borja Mayoral up for sale this summer, with a number of clubs said to be showing an interest in his services.
The 25-year-old has spent the last few seasons out on loan, representing Wolfsburg, Levante, Roma and Getafe.
Mayoral has only represented Los Blancos on 33 occasions, finding the back of the net on seven occasions, but it had been claimed that he would remain at Bernabeu for the 2022-23 campaign due to the team's lack of options in the final third of the field.
According to Marca, Real Madrid have now made the decision to place Mayoral on the transfer list and want €10m (£8.5m) for the Spaniard.
The report claims that Getafe are in a strong position to sign the striker, having had him on loan last term.
Elsewhere, AC Milan are allegedly not interested in signing Luis Suarez on a free transfer this summer despite the recent speculation surrounding the centre-forward.
The 35-year-old is available on a free, having left Atletico Madrid following the expiration of his contract.
Milan have been strongly linked with the Uruguay international, who scored 13 times in 45 appearances for Diego Simeone's side during the 2021-22 campaign.
However, according to Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano, Milan are not interested in the South American, and there have been 'no talks or discussions' despite the recent speculation.
Meanwhile, Brighton & Hove Albion striker Aaron Connolly could allegedly join Italian side Venezia during this summer's transfer window.
The 22-year-old spent the second half of last season on loan at Middlesbrough, scoring twice in 19 Championship appearances for the club.
Connolly only featured on four occasions in the Premier League last term, and he is not believed to be in the plans of Brighton boss Graham Potter for the coming season.
According to The Argus, Venezia are leading the race to sign the forward, although it is unclear whether he could join the Italian side on loan or on a permanent basis.
