That's according to former midfielder Jamie O'Hara, who was equally scathing about one of the club's most embarrassing results against the Slovenian minnows, who won 2-1.
It's touch and go whether Spurs will make it out of their Conference League group as they currently lie second, which would only be enough to get into a play-off spot to qualify for the knockout stage.
O'Hara even claimed some of the players 'don't deserve the shirt' and naming
"I want to say this. Some of those players don't deserve to wear a Spurs shirt.
"[Matt] Doherty, [Davinson] Sanchez, [Tanguy] Ndombele, [Dele] Alli. All of them. Disgrace!
"[Ryan] Sessegnon got sent off after half an hour, I've not seen enough of him to know if he can even play.
"Kane scored and he must be standing there thinking, 'Why am I playing in this game with these players?'"
And O'Hara says he's heard Conte let the players know exactly how he felt about the humiliation.
"I'm a Spurs fan first and foremost, I'm passionate about the club, I wear my heart on my sleeve and sometimes I can't hold it in and I have to say what I have to say," he began on talkSPORT Breakfast on Monday.
"I just want to see Spurs do well and see them progress and some of those performances I've been seeing… with a new manager coming in and from Antonio Conte's point of view, he'll be thinking the same thing.
"And I heard through the grape vine that he absolutely went in on some of them big time. Someone on the inside told me. He went IN."
On the bright side for Spurs they didn't lose last weekend, but that was helped by the fact they didn't play.
