United had lost three in four in all competitions before their dramatic Champions League win over Villarreal on Wednesday night.
Now, they'll be looking to hit back in the league too and will go top with a victory in Saturday's early kick-off.
Everton, however, are only behind United on goal difference and have enjoyed a fine start to the season.
They saw off Norwich last time out and will be eager to pile the misery back on Solskjaer.
This fixture finished in a thrilling 3-3 draw last season and talkSPORT will be at the Theatre of Dreams to bring this clash live once again.

Man United v Everton: What has been said?
Everton midfielder Abdoulaye Doucoure: "[We have had] a very good start, we have a massive game at the weekend and all the focus this week is on having a very good result at United.
"We did some good things against Norwich. It was a positive start to the game but for a while after our first goal they pushed us back.
"We worked well as a team and had a strong reaction after our second goal when we could have scored more.
"But the most important thing was to win.
"We feel very good and are happy with the number of points we have but it is only the beginning and we have to keep working to improve."
