The Foxes had to settle for a 2-2 draw with Napoli in their Group C opener despite going two up at the King Power.
Now, Brendan Rodgers' side, who draw with Burnley on Saturday, will face a tough test at Legia Warsaw.
The Ekstraklasa champions won away to Spartak Moscow in their first Europa League tie and will want to claim a Premier League scalp.
But Legia have struggled in the league this season and sit 15th after winning just three of their opening seven games.

Legia Warsaw v Leicester: Team news
Leicester have no new issues to contend with ahead of their trip to Warsaw.
James Justin, Wesley Fofana and Nampalys Mendy remain long-term absentees but the Foxes are at full strength otherwise.
Patson Daka, Ayoze Perez and Kelechi Iheanacho are among the players likely to start as Leicester make changes.
Legia Warsaw v Leicester: What's been said?
Legia Warsaw boss Czeslaw Michniewicz has dismissed any suggestion his side are inferior to Leicester.
He said: "It is not that we are short of Leicester. We have very good players, and we will play with outstanding players.
"I am convinced that there will be no pressure on my players. They are looking forward to this match. They will show their full potential, and then everything is possible in football.
"We will then see where and how much we are missing. From the beginning of the week we paid attention to keeping the ball. Leicester like to stick to the ball for a long time and their actions last a very long time.
"We cannot dwell on individual situations for a long time. We can oppose the organisation of the game and with full commitment. Above all, however, I would like the players to unleash their full potential.
"We often look for simple solutions, not deciding to show technical skills, which everyone in Legia has at a high level. If we get rid of the ball quickly in easy situations, our situation will be difficult."
