While discussing who was the best player outside the top six, Cundy and Drivetime host Andy Goldstein were discussing strikers.
Kane is yet to get a Premier Legaue goal this season, while Antonio has five goals and three assists as he fires West Ham up the table.
Asked which of the two he would want in a team at this moment in time, Cundy couldn't have been much clearer with his response
He replied: "Oh, God, yeah. Without question. That's not even up for debate right now.
"Antonio right now, over Kane."
Creating a hypothetical situation to emphasise his point, he added.
"Chelsea are playing Juventus. If Romelu Lukaku can't play and you gave me the choice of Kane and Antonio to put on that blue shirt. I'm not going Harry Kane, I'm going Antonio. Every single time."
And it's not just Antonio who would get the nod ahead of the misfiring Spurs ace, according to Cundy.
"Ivan Toney, I'd pick him over Kane right now," he added.
"Form is temporary, class is permanent. Right now, Harry Kane has not got any good form. I'm not saying he's not class.
And just to double down on his claim, when asked by host Goldstein who he would pick were it the Euro 2020 final, Cundy succinctly replied: "Antonio."
With Gareth Southgate picking his England squad for upcoming World Cup qualifiers on Thursday, it will be interesting to see if anyone does challenge Kane for his starting role.
Antonio, though, will not be able to picked after representing Jamiaca during the last international break.
Toney, though, could get a call-up, with former Three Lions stars Darren Bent and Gabby Agbonlahor singing his praises on talkSPORT.
Bent reckons the Brentford ace deserves a chance after his fine performances so far.
"I think he has been absolutely brilliant. You start looking about who's playing better than him at this present time, and he's English - nobody," Bent told talkSPORT.
"Harry Kane obviously started off slow and he's going to play as England captain.
"Dominic Calvert-Lewin has been out injured. Danny Ings - hit with a dry spell.
"Watkins has done okay, but for me, Ivan Toney, I think he's all-round game has got a couple of goals and his all-round play in terms of the way he kind of bullied Liverpool as well.
"Good battle between him and Van Dijk. I think he deserves it, I really do."
