The achievement was captured under the guidance of former Manchester United assistant Kieran McKenna, who is in his first solo-job in management.
The Northern Irishman previously worked as an U18 coach in Manchester, before becoming an assistant under Jose Mourinho, and later Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
McKenna was mobbed at full-time as fans ran onto the pitch, but the scenes were just as special before the match as supporters made an incredible welcome.
