World Cup boosts Christian Pulisic's stock

Christian Pulisic had been stagnant for a few months. At Chelsea, he has had a very difficult year, with hardly any playing time and criticisms that have mentally sunk him.

But Gregg Berhalter had full confidence in his star player, and now he has been proved right.

The American forward had a good World Cup, standing out in all the matches he played. With his national team he was able to show his qualities and now several teams have already asked about him.

His departure from Chelsea seems more than likely, and thanks to his recent appearances for the USMNT, Pulisic's stock has risen. The London team will be able to make a good profit with his sale and some world-class teams want his services.

According to the Daily Mirror, Manchester United, Arsenal and Newcastle are the teams most interested in the American, the latter being the club that are bidding the most for him.

His performance could increase considerably at Newcastle, where he would be an undisputed starter if he gets back to his best.

At Arsenal, with players like Saka, Martinelli and Odegaard he could find it harder to hold down a starting spot, just as if he were to join United, with Anthony, Rashord, Martial and Garnacho.

Now Pulisic needs to play, and he needs to find the ideal team for him to do so.
