Wilshere involved in Arsenal Amazon doc, enjoyed Spurs' and wants to see Man United one

Amazon dropped the trailer for their latest All or Nothing series, which follows Arsenal during the 2021/22 season.

It's expected to cover Arsenal's horror start to the season, which saw them go bottom of the Premier League having lost their first three matches, as well as Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang's departure from the club and their agonising failure to finish in the top four.

Wilshere was training with his former club to maintain his fitness while he looked for a new club, so was around when the cameras were in place.

The midfielder told talkSPORT: "When I was there and you walk in the training ground, there are cameras everywhere but there were lights on them. If it was red the camera was on, if they were green they weren't."

Asked if he ever forgot the cameras were on, Wilshere said: "Yeah, you do. I remember having a few conversations with people and someone will give you a sign to let you know if the cameras are there.

"All the players had to sign something. I'm not sure what was in that but I'm sure if you're really, really not happy with something then they'll take it out."

Behind-the-scenes documentaries divide opinion, with Manchester City and Tottenham giving Amazon exclusive access to the goings on inside their football clubs, while Jurgen Klopp has said he would leave Liverpool if the club was to sanction a documentary while he was manager.

Wilshere is a fan of them, admitting he enjoyed seeing the Tottenham All or Nothing series and claiming he'd love to see a Manchester United documentary too.

Asked if he believed these documentaries were a good thing, Wilshere said: "I think so. I've watched the past ones, including the Tottenham one and I enjoyed it.

"For the fans, you see a side of the players you don't normally see, you see what they do every day. You go to a match on a Saturday but don't see what they do during the week, how they prepare, and I think that's good for them."

Wilshere added: "I tell you what would be interesting, a United one."
