The 52-year-old recently admitted his personal doubts over whether he was the right man to change the club's fortunes, claiming he wasn't 'good enough' to fix their problems.
Those comments followed Spurs' midweek defeat to relegation strugglers Burnley at Turf Moor - the north London club's fourth defeat in five Premier League games.
Conte has since held conversations with chairman Daniel Levy and was reassured that the club are happy with his progress so far.
Tottenham sit eighth in the table, but are only seven points adrift of the top-four in a race for the Champions League that chops and changes every week.
And with recent reports claiming that some within the club do no expect the fiery Italian to still be in charge by the start of the next 2022/23 campaign, Conte has moved to reassure supporters he has no plans to leave.
"Our chairman Daniel Levy, he knows very well that I'm here to help the club in every moment and will help the club until the end," he said in his press conference ahead of Saturday's trip to Leeds - LIVE and EXCLUSIVE on talkSPORT.
"This is the reality and he knows this, and he knows that we are working very hard and he has great consideration about my job, about the job of my staff, and we speak.
"I repeat, I want to help the club in every aspect, also with my vision, with my idea and my ideas about football, for improvement. And, I repeat, no problem.
"He shows me great consideration every day and for this reason I am committed for this club much more because I know that the consideration of the club for myself is very high.
"We need patience, the club is the first to know the real situation and the club confirmed to me they know what the reality is.
"The club is very happy with my work, what I am doing with my staff. I am sure the club appreciates what we are doing.
"The problem is I am a perfectionist and I know very well which is my work and the improvement my work will bring in the future. When I lose I don't stay so happy, this has helped me have success in my career."
The former Chelsea boss defended his strong-willed personality on the touchline and apologised to the supporters following his recent outburst, which caused unrest with the fanbase.
"For sure when I lose a game I am not the person to go and have a dinner," said Conte.
"I think that I am not the right person, when I lose a game my mood is very bad and I prefer to stay alone and live the defeat, to stay alone and metabolise the defeat.
"I need one day to recover at least. This is me. It is me. I don't like to lose. If you ask me what I hate in life it is to lose games.
"My mentality is to prepare myself, to prepare the players and to avoid this type of situation.
"There are many coaches that don't suffer. I wanted to be a little soft but at the same time to be this way makes me a person that in [my] career I won as a player and then as a coach.
"For sure when I lose, if you expect that I am happy or to come to a press conference and laugh, I am not this person.
"I am sorry if I show my disappointment because maybe it would be good to keep this inside and not show my emotion," added Conte.
"I am an honest person, it is difficult for me to lie or hide the truth."
