Barcelona have signed Robert Lewandowski, a 33-year-old striker who decided to change his diet a few years ago in order to maximise his performance on the pitch.
It has certainly paid off, as the Polish international has found the back of the net with regularity thanks to his 'inverted' diet.
This means that Lewandowski starts his meals with dessert, such as cocoa brownies, followed by meat or fish, before ending with soup or salad.
He also eats tuna for breakfast and avoids anything with gluten or lactose.
His success is partly due to his wife Anna, a physical education graduate and a nutritionist. She also has her own nutrition business and a fitness YouTube channel.
The two are often seen training on social media, and this change in lifestyle has helped Lewandowski score more than 40 goals in each of the last seven seasons.
The RL9 brand
Off the pitch, Lewandowski has seen business boom during his incredible time at Bayern Munich.
He owns a sportswear brand, which provides Poland's Olympic team with clothing, and is also an ambassador for various fashion and technology brands.
