Boca Juniors return to action in the Argentine Primera Division when they journey to the Estadio Ciudad de Vicente Lopez take on Platense on Sunday.

Having failed to win any of the last five meetings between the sides, the hosts will head into the weekend looking to get one over the Xeneizes and get their season up and running.

Rosario Central will look to bounce back from their continental heartbreak in midweek when they welcome Lanus to Estadio Gigante de Arroyito on Sunday.

Instituto will be hoping to quickly bounce back from their first defeat in the second phase of the Argentine Primera Division campaign when they host Gimnasia at the Estadio Presidente Peron.

Meanwhile, the visitors will be hoping to maintain their positive start to the campaign and extend their unbeaten run.

Gimnasia have looked like a completely different side under Marcelo Mendez and are now unbeaten in their last four games across all competitions. Meanwhile, Instituto are without a win in their last two matches.

River Plate vs. Tigre (Monday, 12.15am)

River Plate set out in search of a fifth consecutive home victory when they welcome Tigre to the Estadio Mas Monumental in round four of the Argentine Primera Division on Sunday.

El Matador, who have failed to taste victory in any of their last 10 matches across all competitions, will head into the weekend looking to end this dry spell and get their new league campaign up and running.

Buoyed by their midweek victory, River Plate will return to league action with renewed confidence as they look to find their feet. Tigre's form is currently nothing to write home about and we see Demichelis's side coming away with all three points in front of their home supporters.
