The Red Devils have travelled to Italy ahead of their crucial European tie against Atalanta, in a rematch of their previous group outing - a narrow 3-2 victory won by Cristiano Ronaldo's late winning goal.
There were no new injuries reported from their 3-0 win over Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday, but Solskjaer has suffered a blow with one player since being ruled out in training.
Centre-back Victor Lindelof will miss the game having picked up an injury during a training session, with the Swede absent from the team plane.
Some other unnamed Man United players were also due to be assessed before they travelled, after sustaining some knocks in training earlier on Monday.
However, Paul Pogba is available to play in Bergamo on Tuesday, with the France midfielder banned for three domestic games following his sending off in the 5-0 defeat to Liverpool last weekend.
"We are looking alright in the training session this morning," Solskjaer said.
"Everyone was on there. There were a couple of little twinges in the training session but I don't think they will be major."
United are in pole position in their group after two late home wins against Villarreal and Atalanta and this trip to Bergamo comes in the middle of a vital and potentially defining week, with derby rivals Manchester City lying in wait on Saturday.
The former United striker is aiming to build a winning run after returning to winning ways against Spurs, with his side fully focused on completing the job over Atalanta to edge closer in securing their place in the knockout stages in Europe.
Asked if United had turned a corner by beating Spurs, he retorted: "Next one is the one that matters.
"We've been looking and working to get consistency and we know that when we get that consistency we'll get results and performances.
"It's important that we just keep focusing on what we did well in that game but improve on what we didn't do as well.
"It's relentless, it's games every three days, it's a chance tomorrow to prove that we can go again.
"I think you just have to look at the next game, get a result in that one, we're in a decent position, but you need a result away from home to go through so all eyes and all focus is on this one.
"Then you look forward to the next one after that, we haven't been thinking about that at all, this is going to be a difficult game.
"We saw last time how close they were to getting a 3-1 goal when David [De Gea] made a double save. Everyone is focused, we've worked on recovery since Saturday night, the turnaround is quick and let's see who we can choose from."
