The British businessman joined talkSPORT to provide new information on his attempts to take over at St Andrew's - but the call descended into chaos.
Bassini eventually disclosed a £30million bid to buy the Championship club and promised to win the league with up to £100m of extra investment.
However, the 52-year-old spent the majority of his time on-air taking aim at ex-Crystal Palace owner Jordan, who has been critical of the former Watford chief and called him an 'odd one' during a talkSPORT appearance last month.
Bassini challenged Jordan to a fight, with Tyson Fury as his coach, and continued the spat off-air in a furious message forwarded onto the talkSPORT pundit.
"Tell Jordan I want to fight him in the boxing ring £1,000,000 for charity," the message read.
"Tell that c*** when I return to the UK I am going to give him a good hiding. Tell that c*** that he can take this text to the police because I will even go into the police station and give him the hiding he deserves."
The message surfaced after being tweeted out by Jordan himself - and the ex-Palace owner duly dismissed it.
Jordan said: "Following on from the insightful drivel from the intellectually challenged Bassini, he wanted to pass this message onto me. Good luck Birmingham City fans.
"By the way - Laurence is more suited to a circus ring than boxing ring. Given I'm not 12, I won't be taking him up on his offer."
