The first game since his sacking is tonight at Stamford Bridge against Wolves at 6pm - with full commentary of the match LIVE on talkSPORT.
But it appears the club have forgotten to take down a banner in support of Lampard that reads 'In Frank We Trust'.
The Chelsea hierarchy clearly did not agree with the sentiment as he was unceremoniously axed this week after just 18 months in charge.
Lampard was afforded no special treatment as a manager despite being a legend as a player.
That decision shocked many within the Chelsea squad - not least Mason Mount, who was a key player under Lampard.
The 22-year-old was the first casualty of the Tuchel regime as he was dropped from the starting XI for his first game.
Lampard helped nurture Mount hugely as player during his spell as both Chelsea and Derby boss, and even handed Mount the captain's armband for the first time in last weekend's FA Cup fourth round win over Luton.
Speaking for the first time since Lampard's departure, Mount said: "Obviously isn't not a nice time. It's a tough time.
"I've been at the club for a very long time and I've seen many managers depart the club from afar in the academy.
"But when you're in the building and in the first team it's a different feeling. We have to be together and we have to be strong as there are massive games coming up and we have to attack them.
"He's been very important. He brought me to Derby and gave me the playing time. I learned so much under him there and then coming back to Chelsea and continuing my learning and ability to get better.
"He's helped me so much, so I have nothing but praise and gratitude for everything he's given me and what he's done for me as a player on and off the pitch. I've definitely grown as a person as well, so it obviously means a lot."
Frank Lampard was axed by Chelsea this week and swiftly replaced by Thomas Tuchel.
