Kane is due to fly to Munich on Friday to complete an £86.4million plus add-ons switch to the Bundesliga champions.
The timing of the move has hardly been ideal in the eyes of many Spurs fans who see their club kick off the Premier League season at Brentford on Sunday.
Boss Ange Postecoglou will turn to Richarlison to lead the line unless chairman Levy hands the Australian funds to find an alternative before the transfer window slams shut in three weeks time.
But one irate Spurs fan is adamant Levy will not attract a high-calibre striker to the club because in his opinion, the Spurs supremo does not know how to secure top signings.
"He's dragging our football club through the mud with the decisions he's making," Spurs fan Matt, told talkSPORT Breakfast on Friday.

"Levy has not brought any quality footballers to our football club from the day he arrived.
"The last person that bought something was Alan Sugar and that was Jurgen Klinsmann - that's a statement signing.
"He's not made one statement signing, he cannot make a quality signing. He won't go to Sainsbury's for shopping, he'll go to Aldi and Lidl."
He continued: "I believe Harry's had enough, he's had enough of Daniel Levy. Forget the [Premier League goalscoring] record, you can still come back, play for Everton or Luton and still break that record so he doesn't need to worry about that.

"Why can't Spurs fans see the problem that we've got at our football club? Look down the road [at Arsenal], they've spent £200million. Two seasons ago they were on their knees.
"They've spent £200m on quality footballers and we've got a £100m footballer who doesn't want to stay with us anymore."
