Arsenal face Sevilla in the Champions League on Tuesday night looking to get their European campaign back on track.
They suffered a shock defeat to Lens in their previous matchday in the Champions League but face a different level of opponent - the wily Sevilla.
Included among their ranks is former Tottenham star Lamela, who spent eight years in north London and is renowned for riling up the Gunners.
The 31-year-old has even made it clear that he would love to spoil Arsenal's night at the Ramon Sanchez-Pizjuan Stadium on Tuesday night.
Lamela said this week: "Implementing and adapting to change is always essential to continue improving.

Arsenal boss Arteta confirms Ramsdale return and insists Raya isn't affected by pressure
"We're all working hard with the new coach (Diego Alonso) so that we can move forward. Arsenal are a strong side, they're fast, physical and accurate.
"But of course, I'm desperate to beat them having played for Tottenham in the past."
Arsenal fans might begrudgingly remember Lamela's impact in one of his final north London derbies, scoring a goal that would land the Puskas Award.
The Argentine pulled off one of the most outrageous goals, executing a perfect rabona that went through Thomas Partey's legs and into the corner in March 2021.

It was such a good goal that even Arsenal legend Thierry Henry was left in awe.
"You know what, as an Arsenal man? I got up," he told Sky Sports after the match.
"I got up because it is what you want to see. Forget about the colour, you forget about the north London derby, that was a hell of a goal.
"You can achieve anything you want but you need to go on the training ground and repeat."
And Arsenal fans might be getting out of their seats on Tuesday night when Lamela makes his way onto the pitch - but for a different reason.
As an ex-Tottenham star, a rousing rendition of boos will likely come his way from the away stand in Seville.
But it will be nothing that the forward has not heard before from the red half of north London and it will only spur him on to give them a difficult night.
