Woods was downbeat after watching her beloved Arsenal's title dreams take a huge dent following a 4-1 defeat against Manchester City on Wednesday.

A Kevin De Bruyne double and goals from John Stones and Erling Haaland helped City close the gap on Arsenal to two points with two games in hand in the title race.
A brave Woods kept her word and rang into the Sports Bar where Jason Cundy and Tottenham fan Jamie O'Hara were waiting in the wings for the talkSPORT Breakfast host.
The Sports Bar gang wasted no time in teasing her as from the start of her call, O' Hara and Cundy played canned laughter over her.

Woods - who was doing her best to hold her emotions together - then jokingly issued the pair a warning if they carried on sticking it to her.
"I'm gonna put the phone down if you do it one more time," she told them.
And it appeared to put Cundy and O' Hara firmly in their place!
When she did get the opportunity to express her thoughts on Arsenal's display at the Etihad, Woods, as always, gave a fair and measured assessment.

"You know what was the most depressing thing? In the build up it's the hope that kills you," Woods told talkSPORT.
"Seven minutes in and it's just over and they [Man City] started passing it round to each other and you're like we're not even in this. We're not even participants in the game we're playing in.

"I'm gutted but City are just amazing. Everything they do is just amazing."
The Gunners have struggled to recapture their scintillating league form since last month's international break.
Arteta's side have won just one of their last five league games since the resumption, with no wins in their last four.

Three-consecutive draws followed by the reverse at the Etihad has left Arsenal's title ambitions in tatters and Woods believes Wednesday's result came from a lack of confidence fueled by the club's winless run.
She concluded: "It felt like every one of those games chipped away at the confidence and they went into tonight's game low on confidence. Then, seven minutes in, the goal goes in and that's pretty much it."
